SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders for Dar es Salaam will be delivered by a local courier. Orders will be processed and shipped Monday - Friday with the exception of public holidays. We aim to deliver all orders within a 15km range of our depot (Mikocheni) within 24 hours of receiving the order. After placing your order, you will be sent a receipt and an order summary via email or text. Then our orders team will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Rest of Tanzania For orders outside Dar es Salaam, we can send your order via the bus network. We will process your order within one working day (excluding public holidays) however the delivery time will be 2-3 days depending on the location. We will send you a receipt number and you will need to collect your order from your chosen bus station.
Shipping address mistakes The shipping address is filled up by the customer. We do not amend it in any way. If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

How to return or exchange an item
Once you've received your return request confirmation, you may send your undamaged, unwashed, and unused item(s) with the original receipt for a full refund or exchange within a 10-day period from when you made the purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:
- Men's boxers
- Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Anything with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
If your return is received and approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Shipping your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 225,000TZS, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
